Refund Policy

Deposits

The $500 reservation deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable to another litter if your matched kitten is unsuitable or if Azurine cancels a placement for any reason.

Balance Refunds

If a kitten cannot be placed due to a health issue identified before homecoming, the full balance is refunded within 7 business days.

Post-Placement

Per our Health Guarantee, qualifying conditions diagnosed within the guarantee window are addressed by replacement kitten or, at our discretion, full purchase-price refund.

Cancellation by Family

Family-initiated cancellations forfeit the deposit. Balance payments made prior to a family-initiated cancellation are refunded in full minus a 5% administrative fee.
